About Jim's Equipment Repair

Owners Jim and Bonnie Morse started Jim's Equipment Repair as a part-time venture in 1987. However, in 1989 due to the rapid growth of their business they saw the need to make it their full-time occupation. Continuing to grow and diversify, in 1995 they became a dealer for Steiner Turf Equipment, a high quality brand of lawn and garden equipment with over 30 quick-hitch, front mounted attachments. Then in 2000 the Kioti Compact Tractor line was added, a line of four wheel drive tractors with loaders, backhoes, mowers and tillers, to help meet their customer's needs. On April 27th, 2002 they opened their new, expanded facility at 4072 Lewis Road in Campbell, NY and introduced their new website. The Ventrac line was added in 2005, another line of high quality lawn and garden equipment with over thirty "Minute Mount" front mounted attachments, designed by the original Steiner family. In 2010, the Bob-Cat Zero Turn Mower line was added. This is a sister company of Steiner Turf Equipment and is manufactured in the same facility in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin.

They have been presented with three "Top 20 Dealer" awards from Steiner Turf Equipment, in recognition of outstanding sales performance during the years of 2000, 2002 and 2004. And, in October of 2002 they were awarded "Most Improved Dealer" by Kioti Tractor and won a trip to South Korea for their efforts. In 2011 they achieved Kioti's 5 PAW Recognition; this is one of the highest achievements that Kioti Tractor awards to its dealers.
